Privacy Policy

Version 23 July 2026 · Effective 23 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Kyboro (“Kyboro”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use kyboro.com and the Kyboro Desktop application, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who creates a Kyboro account.

1. Information you give us

  • Account details — your full name, email address and mobile number, collected when you sign up.
  • Password — stored only as a salted bcrypt hash. We never store or see your password in plain text, and we cannot recover it for you.
  • Consent record — the version of the Terms you accepted, the time you accepted them, and the IP address used. We keep this to demonstrate that consent was given.
  • Billing details — the name, address and (optionally) GSTIN you enter at checkout, used to issue your invoice.
  • Support correspondence — anything you send us by email.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Usage and metering data — tasks run, tokens consumed, credits deducted and model used. This is how your plan is billed and how we detect abuse.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, operating system and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.
  • Sign-in codes — one-time codes sent to your email, stored hashed and only until they expire or are used.

3. Your prompts, code and files

To answer you, the content of your instructions — and any code or file content the agent needs — is sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. Those providers process it to generate a response and return it to us.

The Kyboro Desktop application executes actions on your own machine. File reads, terminal commands and browser automation run locally. We do not copy your local filesystem to our servers; only the content required to carry out the instruction you gave is transmitted.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for India, and other processors where applicable). Card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details and similar payment credentials are collected and held by the payment processor, not by Kyboro. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. If you set up auto-renew, the recurring mandate is held by the payment processor and can be cancelled from your account or with them.

5. Why we process your data

  • To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
  • To deliver the service and execute the tasks you request.
  • To meter usage, apply credits, take payment and issue invoices.
  • To send service messages such as sign-in codes, receipts and renewal notices.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse, and to keep the platform secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, and only as far as needed:

  • AI model providers, to generate responses to your instructions.
  • Payment processors, to take and reconcile payments.
  • Email delivery providers, to send codes, receipts and notices.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers who store the data on our behalf.
  • Authorities or advisors where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Retention

We keep account and consent records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only where needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law. One-time sign-in codes are deleted or invalidated shortly after they expire.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes. Traffic between you and Kyboro is encrypted in transit. Sign-in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your email. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete your account and associated data. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deleting your account does not remove records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to hold your session token so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

11. Children

Kyboro is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The version and effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect.

13. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints about privacy — including grievances under applicable Indian data protection and IT rules — can be sent to info@yinfocore.com. We will acknowledge and address your request within the timelines required by law.
