Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kyboro, an AI-powered coding agent platform operated by Yinfocore. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up or using Kyboro you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Kyboro on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Kyboro is a desktop + cloud AI coding agent that:

  • Runs an AI reasoning loop on Yinfocore's cloud servers
  • Executes file, shell, browser and screen operations locally on your machine via the Kyboro desktop app
  • Never uploads your source code to our servers — all file access happens on your device
  • Streams progress and results to your local UI in real time
Your code stays on your machine. The cloud only sees the task prompt and receives structured tool-call results — never raw file contents.

3. AI Disclaimer
AI output is not guaranteed to be correct. Kyboro uses large language models that can produce incorrect, incomplete, or harmful code. Always review AI-generated changes before deploying to production. We are not liable for any damage caused by executing AI-suggested code.

Kyboro is a developer productivity tool, not a replacement for professional code review, security audits, or engineering judgment.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers are available. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation and feature set described on our pricing page.

Credits: 1 credit ≈ 1 normalised unit of AI compute. Credits are consumed per task based on model and output length. Unused credits do not roll over on the Free plan.

Billing: India customers are billed via Razorpay (supports UPI, cards, netbanking). International customers via Paddle (handles VAT/GST). Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refunds: Credit top-ups are non-refundable. Subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days if the service was substantially unavailable. Contact info@yinfocore.com.

BYOK: You may supply your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key). These are encrypted at rest and never logged. BYOK users consume credits at a reduced rate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kyboro to:

  • Generate malware, exploits, or tools designed to cause harm
  • Circumvent security controls or access systems without authorisation
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Scrape or harvest data from services in violation of their terms
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our model weights or server-side prompts
  • Resell or sublicense access to Kyboro without prior written consent
  • Use automated scripts to create accounts or abuse the free tier
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect the minimum data required to operate the service: your email address, plan status, usage metrics, and crash reports. We do not sell your data.

  • Task prompts are transmitted to our cloud to run the AI loop and are not retained beyond session completion
  • Crash reports (Sentry) strip all file paths, user code, and message bodies before transmission
  • BYOK keys are AES-256 encrypted and only decrypted on-demand per request

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@yinfocore.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All server-side code, AI orchestration logic, system prompts, and the Kyboro brand are the intellectual property of Yinfocore. The local executor client is distributed under a proprietary licence — you may run it on your machines but not redistribute or modify it.

Code you write or that the AI writes at your direction remains your property.

8. Service Availability & Liability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the cloud API. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance via in-app announcements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yinfocore's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Generating malicious or illegal content
  • Excessive abuse of the free tier

Suspended users will receive an email notification and may appeal by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
