Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kyboro (“Kyboro”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of kyboro.com, the Kyboro Desktop application and the Kyboro API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must give accurate details when signing up and keep them current.
• Sign-in requires your password and a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping both secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at info@yinfocore.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or organisation may not run multiple accounts to obtain extra free credits.

2. What the Service does

Kyboro is an autonomous AI coding agent. On your instruction it can plan tasks, write and modify code, run terminal commands, read and write files, and browse the web. When you use Kyboro Desktop, these actions execute on your own machine.

This is powerful, and it is not infallible. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing what the agent does on your behalf. Do not point it at production systems, irreplaceable data or credentials you cannot afford to lose without your own backups and review process.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Create or distribute malware, ransomware, or tools intended to gain unauthorised access to systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense or share your account or API keys with third parties.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Circumvent metering, credit limits, rate limits or billing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund where the breach is serious or repeated.

4. Plans, credits and metering

• Usage is measured in credits, deducted from your plan allowance or prepaid wallet based on the tokens consumed and the model used.
• Plan allowances reset each billing period and, unless expressly stated otherwise, unused allowance does not carry over.
• We may adjust credit rates and model availability as underlying provider costs change. Material changes will be notified in advance.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period — you cannot switch to a lower plan mid-cycle.

5. Prices, currency and payment

• Plan prices are set in USD. Indian customers are charged in INR, converted at an average of recent daily USD→INR rates, so the INR amount can move slightly between billing periods.
• Taxes (including GST where applicable) are charged in addition where required. Enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need it on the invoice.
• Payments are handled by our payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Promotional codes apply only to the order on which they are used.

6. Auto-renewal and cancellation

• If you enable auto-renew, you authorise a recurring mandate (such as UPI Autopay) and your plan renews automatically each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• You can turn auto-renew off at any time from your account. Doing so cancels the recurring mandate; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free.
• Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees and credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun or the credits have been added, because provider costs are incurred as soon as the Service is used. If you were charged in error, were double-charged, or the Service was materially unavailable for a sustained period, write to info@yinfocore.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request and, where it is justified, refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

8. Your content and ownership

• You keep all rights to the code, files and content you supply, and to the output the agent produces for you.
• You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service — to process your instructions and transmit them to the AI providers that generate responses.
• Kyboro, its software, branding and documentation remain our property. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
• AI output is not unique to you — comparable instructions may produce similar results for other users.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery and hosting. Interruptions or changes at those providers can affect availability, pricing and which models are offered. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated code and agent actions may be incorrect, insecure or incomplete. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be fit for any particular purpose. Always review generated code before using it in production.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyboro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damage caused by actions the agent took on your instruction. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The version and effective date above will change, and material changes will be notified by email or in the product before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email.
